These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Terdersoft B.V., the company that operates VinciSpin under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521. The agreement governs all use of the VinciSpin platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these terms in full.
About Us and Licensing
VinciSpin is operated by Terdersoft B.V., a company registered in Curaçao under registration number 164860, incorporated in September 2023. Terdersoft B.V. holds Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence number OGL/2024/1126/0521, which covers casino and sportsbook activity across international markets where online gambling is permitted. An associated entity, Rossobash SRL (Costa Rica, registration number 3-102-900313), is linked to the brand; the terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Terdersoft B.V. operates a portfolio of online casino and betting brands, of which VinciSpin is one.
Account Registration and Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You may not register or play if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law, or in any jurisdiction excluded from the scope of licence OGL/2024/1126/0521. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. Before we process your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting the documents we request, which may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these terms or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or underage play.
Deposits and Withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paysafecard, bank transfer, e-transfer, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USDT. The standard minimum deposit is approximately €10, though this varies by region and payment method. Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the corresponding deposit; Paysafecard is available for deposits only and cannot receive withdrawals. Our casino-side processing time for withdrawals is up to 72 hours, after which e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals typically complete within 0–24 hours and near-instantly respectively, while card and bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days beyond our processing window. Deposited funds must be wagered at least three times before a withdrawal request will be accepted. Wins exceeding €10,000 are paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 per month. Withdrawal limits vary by country; some accounts are subject to caps of €500 per day, €2,000 per week, and €7,000 per month. We do not charge fees on our side for deposits or withdrawals, though network fees apply to cryptocurrency transactions and intermediary bank charges of up to €16 may apply to wire transfers.
Bonuses and Promotions
Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply across all casino bonuses unless a promotion states otherwise. Casino bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 40x the bonus amount, which must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds. The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is 10x the bonus amount; winnings from the no-deposit free-spin offer are capped at €50. Welcome Package bonuses are valid for 7 days from the date of issue; general bonuses are valid for 14 days. Game contribution towards wagering requirements is as follows: slots and buy-feature games contribute 100%, live casino, roulette, video poker, and casino originals contribute 10%, and table games, scratch cards, jackpot games, and game shows contribute 0%. All bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are wagered first and the bonus balance is forfeited if depleted before wagering is complete. We reserve the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, advantage play, or a breach of these terms. Accounts funded via cryptocurrency are excluded from casino bonus offers. Entering a promotional code where none is required will void the relevant offer.
Responsible Gambling

Self-exclusion requests submitted to our support team are processed promptly; you must not attempt to open a new account during any active self-exclusion period.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] , available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of our team. We will acknowledge escalated complaints within 7 days and provide a final response within 30 days of receipt. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under the framework of licence OGL/2024/1126/0521.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to your registered address or by a notice posted on the site, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
